John explained a little bit about Havaiana’s process: “We actually produce every year, 450 to 650 color styles. So retail’s a place to show the breadth of your product. It allows you then to go back to wholesale and tell them what’s actually working and not as opposed to pushing stuff that you’re not even sure yourself, test it first”.
