Sarah Willersdorf is a Managing Director & Partner in the New York office of The Boston Consulting Group. Sarah is the Global Head of Luxury for BCG and works extensively across Luxury, Fashion & Beauty globally. Her work includes growth strategies (domestic & international), brand transformations, distribution strategy, sustainability strategy and data-driven marketing transformations. She has worked for public, private and P/E backed companies.

Sarah has lived and worked in the USA, Europe and Asia and has held a number of operating roles, including the CMO for Diane von Furstenberg where she ran Marketing and Creative Services, and Digital Transformation Officer at a media company.

She is also a member of the Board of the Cosmetic Executive Women (CEW) and an avid angel investor and advisor at the intersection of tech and fashion/beauty

Sarah has an MBA from INSEAD and completed a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance major) and a Bachelor in Fine Arts from the University of Melbourne, Australia
